Return Policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products being sold, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless item is received damaged or broken. I ask to please provide photos of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Under certain circumstances, product is to be returned before refund is issued, shipping label will be provided. Please note that these are handmade items and there will be slight imperfections.

Shipping policy

Simple Sensory is not responsible for shipping delays that are due to the carrier. No refunds will be given for shipping if item does not make it in time due to carrier delays.
